At The Outdoor Room, we are passionate about creating beautiful gardens. We are delighted to offer local garden owners the opportunity to have their garden professionally designed and built by one of the country's leading landscape businesses. The promotion details are described below and we are very happy to answer any questions you may have.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promotion is open to properties within 20 miles of Billingshurst, West Sussex.
2. The total price is £9,999, including VAT.
3. The Outdoor Room will arrange an initial consultation with you, on site, of up to 2 hours to take a client brief and discuss the design and build process. This consultation will be free of charge and is without obligation.
4. If The Outdoor Room confirms that the site is suitable, a further visit will be arranged during which The Outdoor Room will survey the site. Before the survey is taken, a non-refundable 10% deposit will be required and acceptance of The Outdoor Room's standard terms and conditions.
5. After the survey, The Outdoor Room will prepare a masterplan detailing the new design and will arrange a further consultation to go through the plan, possible materials and planting options.
6. The promotion includes a design with the following elements:
   1. 25 sqm natural paving or seasoned oak decking (e.g. 5m x 5m terrace)
   2. 100 sqm lawn prepared and laid with turf
   3. 60 sqm bed preparation and planting, to include up to approx 240 plants (in 2-3 litre pots) and 2 trees
   4. 2 bay pergola in pressure treated soft wood
7. The Outdoor Room may need to substitute the materials described above with alternatives depending on availability and supplier pricing, and replacement materials will be of a similar quality and appearance.
8. The items listed below under optional extras are not included in the promotion, but we are happy to discuss supplying and fitting these items, and providing a quote, at the same time as creating your garden.
9. A site will be accepted only after the initial consultation. The Outdoor Room's decision as to a site's suitability will be final and will take into account size, terrain, drainage, access and other factors that may influence the nature or difficulty of the build.
10. Participants agree to allow The Outdoor Room to take photos of the site before, during and after landscaping for use in publicity and marketing materials.
11. The offer is only open until 31 July 2012 and is subject to availability and scheduling. To participate, please make sure you contact The Outdoor Room by phone or email before that date.
